Village Booking Informations
There is a limited amount of space for brands and organisations to book a pitch in the World Cup Expo Village. If you are interested in a dedicated mountain bike audience of around 10,000 per day (4,000 on the Friday) at one of the best events on the circuit, you can submit a booking request – if space is available.

Travelling into the UK with equipment
Due to Brexit and a change to UK Border controls, any equipment that is not personal kit, is subject to temporary import and return regulations.
This applies in particular to any new/unused equipment that you may be bringing with you to Fort William.Download here

There is limited on-site parking for competitors who do not have a reserved site in the World Cup Village.
If your team does not have a pitch in the World Cup Village you can receive a car park pass (no cost), subject to the following conditions:
- No overnight parking
- No awnings or EZ-up type tents
- Only park where designated by event staff
- Drive at walking pace
Parking passes can only be collected during rider confirmation.
