SCHEDULE ALTERATION FOR FORT WILLIAM MOUNTAIN BIKE WORLD CUP

As a result of the weather forecast for Saturday (7 June), the schedule for day one of the Fort William Mountain Bike World Cup has been amended.

The forecast is for high winds on Aonach Mor which may affect the gondola, so the alterations have been made to allow riders and spectators the best chance of a full programme of events.

As a result, there will be an earlier start of 7am for downhill practice, with gates opening to the public at 8.30am as scheduled.

Despite the earlier start to the event programme, members of the public can still expect an action packed day, with tickets for sale on the day from the Nevis Range ticket office.

The revised schedule can be found here.
